Well defined rounded soft tissue nodules related to the tail of the pancreas is seen following enhancement pattern of the spleen in all phases likely representing small intrapancreatic splenule.
Case Discussion
The diagnosis of an accessory splenule can be confirmed by Tc-99 sulfur colloid scan.
