High T1 and T2 intradural extra medullary oval shape lesion that suppress on fat sat sequences. No enhancement seen on post Gad administration. Finding in keeping with intraspinal lipoma. Multilevel spin bifida is seen with tethered spinal cord. No dermal sinus is noted.
