Longitudinal B-mode and color doppler scan of left testis demonstrate intratesticular tubular, tortuous, dilated structures showing reflux during valsalva maneuver.
Evidence of extratesticular varicocele.

Radiological findings are in keeping with extratesticular and intratesticular varicocele.
