Right lower zone opacity with air-fluid level. Linear lucency coursing form the peripheral right midzone to below the left hemidiaphragm. No focal consolidation.
Case Discussion
CT (not shown) confirmed an intra-thoracic stomach as a result of a large hiatus hernia, which also contained segment of colon, which is represented by the linear opacity running from the right midzone to the LUQ.
