Presentation

A male child presented with noisy breathing two months ago.

Patient Data

Age: 6 months
Gender: Male

A well-defined enhancing soft tissue nodule is seen arising from the posterior wall of the trachea opposite C7. It has a hemispherical shape.

Photo

Small nodular reddish lesion protruding from the posterior wall of the trachea proved to be small hemangioma on endoscopic bases.

Case Discussion

An intratracheal nodule in a 6 month child was proved to be intratracheal hemangioma.
