Linear air-filled structure in the vagina.

Patient attending during menstrual period - intravaginal tampon.

Case Discussion

An intravaginal tampon used at the time of menses may be an incidental finding on CT and other modalities.

The linear gas filled structure is event in the vagina - the air being trapped in the cotton based sanitary product.
