Thin-walled cystic lesion lodged in the right lateral ventricle, expanding the right lateral ventricle including its temporal horn. The cyst is returning CSF signal characteristics on all MR sequences including FLAIR and DWI. No solid component. Effacement of the left lateral ventricle.
Case Discussion
The features are compatible with an intraventricular cyst. The differentials can be an intraventricular arachnoid cyst, choroid plexus cyst or ependymal cyst.
This case is contributed by Dr. Naqibullah Foladi, and Dr. Najibullah Rasouly.
