MRI revealeddemonstrates a large choroid plexus cyst compressing the left hippocampus, probably causing above-described symptomswhich is likely the cause of the patient's symptomatology. Great numberThe majority of choroid plexus cysts resolve spontaneously aboutafter the 28th weeksweek of gestation. In the older agedage group the, choroid plexus cysts are extremely rare and usually almost always asymptomatic. Reviewing the recent literature we find, there were few cases involving a few such cases considering the patientscyst this large, in a patient this age and the size of the choroid plexus cyst.
