Intraventricular simple cyst

A thin-walled non-enhancing intraventricular simple cyst is in the trigone and occipital horn of the left lateral ventricle.
The midline is maintained and non-sulcal effacement is seen. No evidence of the second lesion also is noted.
Case Discussion
Features are those of an incidental benign intraventricular cyst; typical appearance and location. It is unlikely to be the cause of headaches.
