Presentation

Headache.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male
mri

A thin-walled cystic lesion is seen occupying and expanding the atrium of the right lateral ventricle indenting the septum pellucidum. Mild dilatation of the harboring ventricle. It follows the CSF signal in all provided pulse sequences. No surrounding signal abnormality.
