CT of the pelvis demonstrates a thin-walled ovoid cystic lesion in anterior wall of urinary bladder dome protruding into lumen. No obvious solid component.
Case Discussion
This case shows one of the congenital urachal remnant - urachal cyst. It is typically outside of the bladder but sometimes protrudes into the bladder lumen, like in this case.
