Telescoping of terminal ilum, appendix, lymph nodes and fat into the cecum suggesting an ileocecal intussesception.
Pseudokidney and target sign are seen.
1 - 2 distal ilial loops are dilated.
No ascites.
Case Discussion
Hydrostatic water enema (by Pediatric surgeon) was given within a few hours. Next day follow-up showed absence of intussusception.
