Nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain.

Age: 78
Gender: Female
Modality: CT

Mid small bowel intussusception.  The intraluminal lipoma at the site of intussusception is most likely the lead point. No evidence of bowel obstruction is identified, with contrast seen distal to the intussusception.

Case Discussion

Most intussusceptions in adults have a lead point, which can be a benign or malignant.
