Presentation
Right inguinal hernioplasty - 18 months back. C/o pain involving right inguinal region / scrotum. USG referred for inguinal area.

No hernia was noted in either of inguinal regions.
Transient small bowel intussusception was noted in right iliac fossa.
Length was 10 mm.
No bowel wall odema / local mesneteric enlarged nodes / proximal bowel dilatation noted.
It resolved within 5 minutes.
Patient did not complaint of local pain when intussusception was present.
