Bilateral MLO and CC tomosynthesis views have been performed. 12mm non-calcified spiculated mass seen at 11 o'clock in the left breast. US +/- core-biopsy is recommended.

At 11 o'clock, 3cm FN, correlating to the mammographic findings, there is a spiculated mass that is taller than wider, has angular margins with disruption of the background breast tissue, increased internal vascularity, and measuring up to 13 mm in diameter. The features are those of an aggressive lesion, core biopsy has been performed with 3 passes using a 14 G needle. The axilla didn't show suspicious lymph nodes.
Case Discussion
Histology has demonstrated an invasive ductal carcinoma.
