Presentation

A palpable mass laterally in the left breast. No previous breast imaging for comparison.

Patient Data

Age: 85 years
Gender: Female
mammography

A poorly defined area of asymmetrical density laterally that was reviewed on ultrasound and confirmed as malignant on biopsy.

Synchronous non-palpable small spiculated density upper outer quadrant right breast that turned out to be a synchronous invasive ductal carcinoma.
