The mammogram shows a poorly defined asymmetrical mass effect laterally in the left breast.

Left breast ultrasound shows a poorly defined mixed density lesion which on biopsy was confirmed as IDC.

Right breast ultrasound annotated image confirms a 12 mm lesion at the 10 o'clock radian. This lesion too was confirmed as an IDC.
Case Discussion
This case shows a synchronous carcinoma of the right breast. The teaching point is the danger of satisfaction of search. Note the small spiculated asymmetrical density of the right mammogram at the 10 o'clock radian.
