Right breast lump.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Female
Ultrasound

An irregular, hypoechoic lesion with spiculated margins associated with surrounding architectural distortion.

Few clustered calcifications are noted within.

An adjacent intramammary lymph node can also be seen.

Case Discussion

Histopathology confirmed the mass as invasive ductal carcinoma.
