Left sided fixed, hard lump at the 9 o'clock position.
Patient Data



There is a high density mass with irregular shape and spiculated margins at the left retroareolar area, ~10 mm from the nipple. The lesion is 26 x 20 mm in size and contains microcalcifications. In addition, there is nipple retraction.



Ultrasound showing a spiculated hypoechoic mass corresponding to the left breast lesion. With strain elastography the entire lesion and the environment is blue (Tsukuba score 5), which means no strain in it. The lesion is considered highly suspicious for malignancy.

Pathology report: Grade 3 Invasive micropapillary carcinoma.
