A soft tissue mass arises from the lateral wall of the left nasal cavity at the level of the middle meatus, widening the left osteomeatal complex to extend into the left maxillary sinus. The mass demonstrates an intermediate signal on both T1 and T2WI sequences with a characteristic convoluted appearance on post-contrast sequences.
Case Discussion
MRI findings are consistent with an inverted papilloma.
