Irreducible anterior temporomandibular disc dislocation - bilateral

Bilateral jaw pain and unable to the opening of the mouth.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Female

Dislocated TMJ cartilaginous disc on closed mouth TMJ imaging is present. No recapture on open mouth views also is seen.

Degenerative changes as subchondral edema at mandibular condyle, capsular distention, and synovial proliferation also are seen at the left TMJ.

This is a case depicting TMJ disc dislocation bilaterally.
