Shoulder pain after being assaulted. Not reducible in ED. CT requested by orthopaedic team.

Age: 33
Gender: Male

Non contrast CT right shoulder with multiplanar bony reformats.

Modality: CT

Irreducible subcoracoid antero-inferior shoulder dislocation, requiring orthopaedic surgical team closed reduction in theatre. CT performed to assess degree of impaction and bony glenoid injury prior to attempted reduction.
