Irreducible right shoulder dislocation

Shoulder pain after being assaulted. Not reducible in ED. CT requested by orthopaedic team.

Patient Data

Age: 33
Gender: Male

Non contrast CT right shoulder with multiplanar bony reformats.

Irreducible subcoracoid antero-inferior shoulder dislocation, requiring orthopedic surgical team closed reduction in theater. CT performed to assess degree of impaction and bony glenoid injury prior to attempted reduction.
