Presentation

Left inguinal region pain.

Patient Data

Age: 10 years
Gender: Male

Narrowing of bilateral ischiofemoral spaces with edema and hyperintensity in the quadratus femoris muscles. Minimal edema also seen in obturator externus muscles.

Irregular hyperintensities are seen in bilateral gluteal regions-related to I.M. injections.
