Asymmetric ischiopubic synchondrosis with the right more prominent than the left side.
Case Discussion
Ischiopubic synchondrosis asymmetry or van Neck-Odelberg disease refers to the enlargement of one of the ischiopubic synchondroses and is primarily considered an anatomic variant of skeletal development.
It is usually an asymptomatic finding, but some cases are believed to be symptomatic and may coincide with MR findings that point to a stress response.
