Incidentally discovered lucencies traversing the slightly widened right ischiopubic synchondrosis.
Case Discussion
Ischiopubic synchondrosis asymmetry discovered incidentally on CT abdomen-pelvis.
This is a common developmental variant and should not warrant further investigation, especially if the child is asymptomatic.
