Presentation
Swelling of the left gluteal fold with asymmetric gluteal folds and chronic constipation.
Patient Data

Enlarged left gluteal fold and asymmetric gluteal folds with chronic constipation.

Pelvic CT shows a huge well defined fatty density mass measuring 39 × 43 × 92 mm extended from the left gluteal fold upward in the ischiorectal fossa compressing and displacing the rectum to the right, compatible with lipoma.

Arrows point to lipoma extended from the left gluteal fold to the ischiorectal fossa compressing and displacing the rectum to the right.
Case Discussion
4 years old girl had chronic constipation and asymmetric gluteal folds. CT pelvic exam shows a large ischiorectal fossa lipoma compressing and displacing the rectum to the right explaining the cause of constipation.
