Pelvic CT shows a huge well defined fatty density mass measuring 39 × 43 × 92 mm extended from the left gluteal fold upward in the ischiorectal fossa compressing and displacing the rectum to the right, compatible with lipoma.

Case Discussion

4 years old girl had chronic constipation and asymmetric gluteal folds. CT pelvic exam shows a large ischiorectal fossa lipoma compressing and displacing the rectum to the right explaining the cause of constipation.
