Huge isodense subdural hematoma causing gross compression to the left hemisphere including subfalcine herniation of the cingulate gyrus. Displacement of midline structures to the right. Kinking of right foramen of Munro causing dilatation to the right lateral ventricle as well as left uncal herniation thorugh the tentorial hiatus compressing the brain stem and causing left 3rd nerve palsy (dilated left pupil).
Small acute right convexity subdural hematoma as well as isodense left subdural.
Case Discussion
Elegantly demonstrating subacute (isodense) left-sided subdural hematoma with significant positive mass effect.
