Presentation
Prenatal ultrasound showed abnormal curved right femur.
Patient Data
There is mild bowing of the right femur, convex laterally. The left femur is normal.
Case Discussion
Congenital long bone bowing can be a manifestation of a congenital pathological condition and requires a thorough review of other systems. Isolated congenital long bone bowing can be a familial feature with AD inheritance and may improve with age.
