Presentation

Playing rugby and fell onto opposition player's knee with contact to the left orbit. Now gross swelling and popping sensation in the orbit on nose blowing/Valsalva maneuver.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Male

Intact orbital floor with "blow out" to medial orbit leading to a fistula between the ethmoidal air cells and eyelids as well as the orbit with air seen inside the muscular cone adjacent to the optic nerve. Globe is intact.
