Isolated teres minor muscle fatty infiltration

Non traumatic right shoulder pain and abductor weakness - 2 mths,

Patient Data

Age: 65 yrs
Gender: Male

Fatty infiltration of teres minor muscle belly is noted without tendon tear.

Supra and infraspinatus muscle bellies are normal in bulk and echopattern.

Supra - infraspinatus and subscapularis tendons are intact.

No space occupying lesion is noted.
