Fatty infiltration of teres minor muscle belly is noted without tendon tear.
Supraspinatus and infraspinatus muscle bellies are normal in bulk and echopattern.
Supraspinatus, infraspinatus and subscapularis tendons are intact.
No space-occupying lesion is noted.
