Severe bilateral triscaphe joint osteoarthritis. Joint spaces are otherwise preserved.
Case Discussion
Isolated triscaphe osteoarthritis is common, occurring in ~8% of wrist radiographs although not always symptomatic. It can cause base of thumb and/or radial wrist pain.
