Increase in the opacity of some thoracolumbar vertebral bodies that retain their size and contours, with no change in the opacity and size of adjacent intervertebral discs.

Case Discussion

The findings consistent of bony manifestation of Hodgkin's disease which is called ivory vertebra sign. The patient has an established diagnosis of Hodgkin's disease
