Presentation
Left flank pain, hematuria.
Patient Data
Two small urinary calculi at left ureterovesical junction (UVJ). Minimal hydronephrosis on right side, minimal hydroureteronephrosis on left side. Bilateral perirenal fat stranding.
Jackstone calculus in urinary bladder.
Small calculi in middle and inferior right renal calyces and inferior left renal calyx.
Cystic exophytic lesions in right kidney, most probably simple renal cysts.
Status post sleeve gastrectomy.
Many diverticuli in distal descending colon and proximal sigmoid colon.
KUB done after the CT to enable follow-up with abdominal X ray, clearly showing the stones in the left UVJ and the jackstone calculus.
Case Discussion
Incidental jackstone calculus in the urinary bladder, too large to pass into the urethra.
The culprits were the stones lodged in the left UVJ.
