Case Discussion

This case demonstrates the presence of diverticulosis of the colon and jejunum with an acute inflammatory set on a small segment of jejunum that keeps contact with sigmoid colon diverticula. The CT report described the findings and emphasized the hypothesis of complicated diverticulitis of the jejunum, which was subsequently confirmed by surgical approach.
