Large inflamed diverticulum arising from the jejunum, with surrounding fluid/stranding. Numerous other noninflamed small bowel diverticula.
Case Discussion
It is important to remember that diverticulitis does not only affect the colon. Numerous other jejunal diverticula can be best seen on the coronal reformats.
