Uncomplicated jejunal and colonic diverticulosis. No free fluid or free gas.

Simple right upper pole renal cyst. Cholecystectomy clips. Small hiatus hernia. Prostatomegaly. Fat filled left inguinal hernia.

Jejunal diverticulosis is much rarer than colonic diverticulosis.
