Extensive jejunojenunal intussusception, with intussusceptum of invaginated proximal jejunum, mesenteric fat and vessels, causing subacute obstruction with subsequent proximal dilated jejunum. There is a well-defined nodular image near the distal invaginated small bowel.

The diagnosis of jejunojenunal intussusception was confirmed per-operatively and there was a lesion in the distal invaginated small bowel.

The diagnosis of jejunojenunal intussusception was further confirmed per-operatively and the histological analysis concluded that it was a fusocellular lesion in the distal invaginated small bowel.
