Jones fracture

A non-displaced transverse fracture is noted in the proximal metadiaphysis of the right fifth metatarsal bone that extends into the inter-metatarsal joint.
Case Discussion
Features are consistent with Jones fracture.
The proximal 5th metatarsal is the site of several fractures and variants which mimic fractures.
