Presentation
The patient falls from high and twisted his foot accidentally, on examination: there is pain over the right foot, dorsal side at the level of the fifth metatarsal base.

Case Discussion
It is a transverse fracture at the base of the fifth metatarsal, about 15mm distal to the proximal tuberosity at the metadiaphyseal junction with no intra-articular extension, in keeping with Jones fracture.
