- Prominent thickened elongated superior cerebellar peduncles giving characteristic molar tooth sign
- "bat-wing" configuration of the 4th ventricle
- hypoplasia of the cerebellar vermis
- right cerebellar hemisphere asymmetry with disorganized and disordered foliation, abnormal white atter arborization and vertically oriented cleft
