Judet and Letournel classification
Case Discussion
Judet-Letournel acetabular fractures classification
Elementary: The five elementary patterns are the following:
- Posterior wall fracture
- Posterior column fracture
- Transverse fracture
- Anterior column fracture
- Anterior wall fracture
Associated: The five associated patterns are combinations of the simple patterns:
- Posterior column + posterior wall fractures
- Transverse + posterior wall fractures
- T-shaped fracture
- Anterior wall/column + posterior hemitransverse fracture
- Both-column fracture
