Judet-Letournel classification of acetabular fractures

The classification of Judet and Letournel is the most commonly used classification of acetabular fractures.

The orientation of the diagram is anterior to image left, posterior to image right, in keeping with the most common way to display sagittal CT images.

Top row: elementary fracture types. Bottom row: associated fracture types.

Dashed boxes indicate the five most common configurations, according to Durkee et al., which account for 90% of acetabular fractures 1.
