CT of a young male patient demonstrates a mass in the left side of the nasopharynx which widens the sphenopalatine foramen and pterygopalatine fossa.

Angiography demonstrates vivid enhancement of the mass receiving supply from the external carotid artery. The mass was embolized with particles pre-operatively.
Case Discussion
Features are characteristic of a juvenile angiofibroma. The patient underwent preoperative embolization and an uneventful resection.
