Breast cancer is extremely rare in adolescents and and breastbreast lumps should should raise the suspicion of metastasis metastasis. This patient has a history of malignant melanoma of the occipital scalp, which was removed three years years ago and regional lymph node metastasis one year later. Current imaging depicted numerous additional lesions scattered throughout the entire body indicating metastatic metastatic disease.
