A 14 year old girl detecteda lump in her right breast. Breast ultrasound revealed an inhomogeneous leasion with mixed echogenicity . Abdominal Ultrasound revealed the following findings:

Breast cancer is extremlyextremely rare in adolescents and and breast lump lumps should raise the suspicion of metastasis. In theThis patient has a history aof malignant melanoma of the occipital scalp, which was removed three years ago and regional lymph node metastasis one year later. Current imaging work depicted numerous additional lesions scattered ofthroughout the entire body indicating metastic metastatic disease.
