Presentation
Nasal obstruction and epistaxis for one year.
Patient Data

Soft tissue enhancing mass lesion in the left posterior nasopharynx. The mass is extending to the sphenoidal and ethmoidal sinuses. The mass is also protruding into the left maxillary sinus and eroding left medial wall of the maxillary sinus. It is also displacing the nasal septum to the right side. Inferiorly the mass is abutting the hard palate.
No intracranial extension.
Case Discussion
The differential for the imaging findings above can be juvenile nasopharyngeal angiofibroma, although it lacks avid enhancement and bony erosion is present (although bony resorption/bony remodeling can be seen in such cases). The second differential can be other nasal masses, e.g. polyp, esthesioneuroblastoma.
