Multiple millimetric hypoechoic lesions and heterogeneous appearance in both parotid glands, and bilaterally sialectatic ducts.
Case Discussion
Although recurrent parotitis is rarely seen, it should be considered in the differential diagnosis of children who present with the complaint of recurrent swelling in the parotid area and who have hypoechoic areas in the parotid gland and ponds due to enlargement of the ducts on the ultrasonography.
