Gender: Male

x-ray

Prominent bronchovascular markings are seen more in the right upper zone with linear and nodular radio opacities.

The right hilum is elevated and seen just above the level of its counterpart. 

Peaking of the right hemidiaphragm with a linear atelectatic band seen near the peak.

Tenting or peaking of right hemidiaphragm secondary to right upper lobe volume loss.
